These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the game and website at idletris.com (“Idletris” or the “Site”), operated by J3 Software LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

License to use the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Idletris for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site, its servers, or the networks connected to it;
• attempt to circumvent, disable, defraud, or artificially inflate the advertising that supports the Site, including generating invalid ad impressions or clicks;
• use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site or submit leaderboard scores, except for standard search-engine indexing;
• reverse engineer or tamper with the Site in order to cheat, gain an unfair advantage, or harm other users;
• submit leaderboard names or other content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, deceptive, or infringing, or that contains personal information about yourself or others.

Leaderboard submissions

The leaderboard is optional. When you submit a display name and score, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display that name and score in connection with the Site. We may remove or modify any submission at our discretion, including names that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Idletris name, code, artwork, text, and audio are owned by J3 Software LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Idletris is an independent game inspired by the classic falling-block puzzle genre. Any third-party names or marks associated with that genre are the property of their respective owners, and Idletris is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any such rights holder.

Advertising and third-party content

The Site displays advertising and integrations provided by third parties, including GameMonetize and Google. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party ads, linked websites, or the products and services they promote. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that game progress will be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J3 Software LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J3 Software LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which J3 Software LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
